Breath exercise - beginners only do 2 - 3 times continuously - Experience lungs to capacity. Use periodically as it is not possible to fully expand the lungs with every breath.

Exhale (Breathe out)
Slowly Inhale (Breathe in), expand the chest, expand the belly (abdomen)
Allow the shoulders to raise upwards towards your ears as you continue to slowly inhale
Hold for a comfortable count, approximately 4 - 5 seconds
Exhale slowly out from the chest, abdomen and shoulders
Repeat another two times, slowly at your own comfortable pace.
Balance the head with the heart and belly as the diaphragm connects the upper and lower body.
